Coombe Abbey Hotel Christmas party nights launch

Coombe Abbey Hotel is to team up with Free Radio Breakfast Show presenter JD to stage a new Christmas Party Nights event.

The popular radio personality will host selected party nights in Coombe Abbey Hotel’s Marquee, with an evening of festive fun, entertainment and music.

The Party Nights in the Marquee start on the 4th December and take place every Thursday, Friday and Saturday , with an additional date on Wednesday 17th December.

The partnership with JD is just one of the highlights in a bumper box of festive offerings set to take place at the Brinklow-based hotel this year.

June Picken, Sales Director at Coombe Abbey Hotel, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with JD from Free Radio and we expect his party nights to be one of the highlights of our Christmas schedule.

“Our Christmas line-up this year is a real mix of new events such as the Christmas Party Nights, alongside festive themed versions of our traditional favourites. It all adds up to a magical festive season at Coombe Abbey Hotel this year.”

As part of the Christmas schedule, Coombe Abbey Hotel’s regular Medieval Banquets and Murder Mystery Nights will take on a festive theme.

The doors of the Abbeygate Baronial Hall will be thrown open for the Medieval Christmas Banquets from November 27.

The Murder Mystery night will be themed around the Clapperton Solicitors Christmas Party with invited guests tasked with solving the murder of the law firm’s CEO.

Festive afternoon teas are also on the yuletide menu, with an assortment of sandwiches, teas, scones, festive cakes and mince pies being served up for this particular Christmas treat.

Diners at the afternoon teas will also be entertained by traditional carols on selected days in November and December. Each child who attends will receive a free Christmas gift and the first carols event will take place on November 23.

Coombe Abbey Hotel’s traditional Christmas lunches, family Sunday lunches and private festive lunches are all available again this year, with the private lunches including a visit from Father Christmas.

For those still in the party spirit beyond Christmas, a New Year’s Eve Black Tie Ball in the marquee and a New Year’s Eve Medieval Banquet in the Abbeygate Baronial Hall will take place as part of New Year celebrations at the hotel.
