Hospitality Guaranteed achieves AIM accreditation
Hospitality Guaranteed, a venue finding service based in the North East of England has become the latest organisation to achieve the Accredited in Meetings (AIM) status, the UK’s nationally recognised quality standard for venues and service providers in the meetings, conferences and events industry.
Spanning over 40 years’ experience, Hospitality Guaranteed provides organisations with a one stop shop for conferences, accommodation and events. From venue searching, rate negotiation and identifying added value extras, to confirmation.
In accomplishing AIM, Hospitality Guaranteed incorporated a rigorous code of practice and legal compliance into their policies. The hospitality service provider joins over 500 leading UK venues, hotels and event suppliers, all of whom have demonstrated that as operators they are consistent, open, decent and ethical.
Commenting on the accreditation, Sarah Tweddle, conference and accommodation manager of Hospitality Guaranteed, said: “AIM is the only accreditation of its kind and the only recognised national quality assurance scheme for the UK meetings and events industry. Having this hallmark clearly demonstrates our commitment to meet and maintain high standards.”
Nick Milne, chair AIM development group, commented: ‘Hospitality Guaranteed’s AIM hallmark gives a very strong message to existing and potential clients as it guarantees overall excellence in terms of legal compliance, ethical business operations, capability and customer care. By joining mia and achieving AIM, their high level of standards now provide them with a competitive edge that will help them to drive meeting, event and accommodation business.
