New Balance moves to Warrington’s Birchwood Business Park
New Balance has merged offices in Warrington and Wilmslow into an EMEA HQ at Appleton House which is located mid-way between Manchester and Liverpool at Birchwood Point Business Park.
CBRE provided full design team services for the fit-out of Appleton House which has been split providing for a New Balance retail outlet store and the new corporate EMEA HQ.
The whole building was designed to represent the New Balance brand, which has a strong heritage based around the company’s origins in Boston, Massachusetts.
Director of building consultancy at CBRE Manchester, Oliver Thomas commented: “This was a fantastic project for us to provide full design team services, delivering a bespoke workplace solution to a high specification within tight timescales and budget.
“The success of this project was always going to be judged on the wow factor created and I believe that the CBRE design team and the contractor have delivered this in abundance. “There is something quirky and different around each corner.
“Teamwork was key in delivering this project and it was a pleasure to work with New Balance and ADT to deliver this great space to work.”
New Balance project lead, Erin Gotowka said: “New Balance is very pleased to continue its commitment to the United Kingdom with the investment and fit out of a new EMEA HQ.
“We are very proud to have an outstanding new office space for our associates to work in that proudly reflects the spirit of our brand.”
