LCM Wealth Management move to Warrington’s Rutherford House
LCM Wealth Management Limited has taken 3,077 sq ft of office space in Warrington.
The company has taken a 10 year lease on part of the ground floor of Rutherford House in a deal agreed by DTZ and Altus Eileen Bilton on behalf of Manchester based Pin Property Group.
Located opposite Birchwood Park in Warrington, Rutherford House is a 58,000 sq ft office building arranged over two wings.
The building has been refurbished to a high standard and incorporates a full height glass atrium and spacious reception area.
LCM Wealth Management is an independent owner-managed business which looks after the tax and investment affairs of wealthy families.
Kuits Solicitors in Manchester acted for the Landlord.
DTZ are joint letting agents alongside Altus Eileen Bilton.
