Van Monster welcomes new CRM Business Manager to the team

Leading commercial vehicle retailer, Van Monster, is delighted to announce the appointment of Jane Ansell as its new CRM Business Manager.

Jane’s last position was the Group Database Manager at Van Monster, where her main duties included managing and supporting the sales team and organising and enforcing group policies and procedures. Prior to Van Monster, Jane was a Customer Contact Executive for JCT600 where she was in charge of customer databases, and ensured a high standard of duty of care was being executed, resulting in excellent customer satisfaction.

In her new role as CRM Business Manager, Jane will be providing support for both business and marketing development activities. Key responsibilities involve supporting sales in data entry and customer acquisition whilst collaborating with the marketing department to boost customer engagement.

On her new role, Jane commented:

“I am truly delighted to accept this new role within Van Monster. I have been with the company for a while now, and following the many positive changes in the business, this new role provides me with a hugely exciting challenge. With the already strong team structure in place, I’m looking forward to further progress Van Monster’s current market leading position.”

Gary Sullivan, Managing Director at Northgate Vehicle Sales (Van Monster), commented:

“We’re really pleased to welcome Jane into her new role within Van Monster. Over recent years, she has blossomed within the company and we can’t wait to see her grow and develop as the CRM Business Manager.”
