Peel sees increase in lettings within Merseyside
Peel has seen six lettings over the past few months within its increasingly popular Merseyside industrial portfolio.
Sefton Hire Ltd, Ashtead Plant Hire, Banners by Hand, Raventa Ltd, SC Chambers, and Miss Image UK have all taken space within the portfolio, totalling 10,700 sq.ft
The portfolio consists of Woodside Business Park, Tower Quays, Uveco, Britannia House and West Float in Birkenhead, and King Edward Industrial Estate in Liverpool.

Asset manager for the portfolio Liza Marco, said, “Peel is pleased to have seen an increase in activity in our industrial portfolio and expect the level of demand to continue into 2015.
“The Merseyside portfolio offers a range of unit sizes and type all with excellent connectivity for the businesses to thrive”.
