Manchester’s PR Agency One appointed by the BuyItDirect Group
A Manchester based consumer and B2B PR consultancy, PR Agency One, has been appointed by the BuyitDirect Group to drive traffic and sales to its specialist appliances division.
Appliances Direct offers over 10,000 kitchen and household appliances, including televisions, washing machines, vacuum cleaners and juicers.
PR Agency One was appointed for its expertise in both the appliances sector and its ecommerce PR offering, which helps improve online visibility, brand awareness and increase sales.
The account will be led by the dedicated consumer team at PR Agency One, who will provide a full range of traditional and SEO PR.
The appliances retailer will join the growing portfolio of consumer clients at PR Agency One, which include One4all Gift Card UK, Body Building Warehouse and Discover Africa.
Marketing manager at BuyitDirect Group, Mark Kelly, said: “PR Agency One has a wealth of expertise within the appliances sector, and an unusually thorough understanding of SEO and ecommerce, which we felt was vital.”
Managing director at PR Agency One, James Crawford commented: “We are thrilled to be working with such an exciting and varied product range.
“As an ecommerce business, it is important that the agency working with AppliancesDirect has a thorough understanding of SEO techniques and is able to provide meaningful evaluations, which detail proven results, rather than just AVE.
“We are delighted to be able to bring our award-winning expertise in this area and our wealth of experience in consumer appliances PR to the table.”
