Twin deals at Warrington’s Gemini Business Park
CBRE’s Manchester Industrial Agency team has secured two new occupiers at Easter Court within Gemini Business Park in Warrington.
CBRE, together with Altus Eileen Bilton, acted for Landlord Picton Capital to complete the deal to new tenants, AV Technology Limited and Maguire Europe Sales Limited.
Neighbouring occupiers include Audi, Marks & Spencer and IKEA.
Paul Cook, Director at CBRE’s Manchester office, said: “We are delighted to be able to secure accommodation for AV Technology and Maguire Europe Sales at Easter Court in Gemini Business Park.
“The park’s strong track record and excellent location continues to attract occupiers and the leasing of these units indicates occupier interest in the South Manchester industrial market.”
Asset manager at Picton Capital, Tim Hamlin said: “To have signed two new tenants in Warrington is a great result and provides further evidence of the improving occupier market in the north west of England.”
