Anthony’s professional development pays off with industry recognition
One of the region’s leading PR and social media agencies now boasts an accredited practitioner in its ranks.
Mold-based Outwrite’s Anthony Bullick is now one of just 41 CIPR (Chartered Institute of Public Relations) accredited practitioners in Wales after completing two years of study.
Accredited practitioner status is awarded to CIPR members and fellows as a hallmark signifying their commitment to keeping professional skills and knowledge up to date.
The account executive achieved the status by continuing his professional development (CPD) after completing his CIPR advanced certificate in 2012.
Anthony said: “Throughout my career I have strived to keep my skills and knowledge at the highest standard through CPD.
“Achieving this status is a particular highlight for myself and I’m looking forward to continuing to improve and enhance my ability in the PR and social media arena.”
Some of the activities Anthony has undertaken includes attending industry seminars, reading CIPR-approved books, and holding his own workshops to educate others.
The recognition comes at a time when Outwrite has seen an increase in businesses seeking digital training for their in-house marketing teams.
Outwrite managing director Tracy North said: “Digital marketing techniques change at an incredibly fast pace. This presents a challenge for some companies to keep up to date with the latest news and trends as well as carry out campaigns.
“Anthony is our lead digital trainer and his own commitment to continuing his professional development results in high-quality training sessions for our clients.
“They are then in an ideal situation to implement what they have learnt into their own promotional activity and work towards an increased return on investment.”
Outwrite specialises in PR and social media campaigns and is celebrating its 20th anniversary. Earlier this year the agency launched a new brand, DMPR, to focus on SEO and website services.
