AppSense named in Glassdoor Top 50 Places to Work
AppSense, the leading provider of User Environment Management (UEM) solutions to over 3,000 organizations and 7m endpoints, today announced it has been honoured with a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award, recognising the Best Places to Work in 2015.
The annual Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards recognise the best places to work based entirely on employee feedback. Employees complete an anonymous company review survey that captures their overall job and company satisfaction, along with sentiment toward career opportunities, compensation, benefits, work-life balance and senior leadership.
Scott Arnold, President and CEO at AppSense commented: “Our success is dependent upon attracting, exciting, and developing employees who are talented and committed to our customers’ success. We have invested in providing exceptional benefits and stimulating workspaces because our goal is to encourage creativity, facilitate collaboration and enable our passion for delivering value to our customers. We are proud of our strong culture and sense of community that regularly brings our teams together in activities that support local communities.
“AppSense continuously solicits and acts upon employee feedback. Our employees helped drive new company initiatives this year and our debut in Glassdoor’s top 50 is validation that we are moving in the right direction. This recognition from our employees, that AppSense is a great place to work, further motivates leadership to continue ensuring that this is a place where employees can grow their careers and thrive.”
The award follows the recent launch of AppSense’s Best Desktop Ever - new versions of its entire DesktopNow suite. AppSense employees are excited about the innovations and the positive impact they will have on improving user experience while supporting IT organisations as they deliver a secure, productive workspace.
AppSense has its EMEA headquarters at the Daresbury Business Park in Cheshire.
