Software firm Tekla expands operations in Leeds
Software company Tekla has agreed terms on over 20,000 sq ft of Grade A office space in Leeds.
The firm provides model-based software for construction, infrastructure and energy industries.
It has signed a 10 year lease at Synergy 27 on Gelderd Road, close to junction 27 of the M62.
The Leeds office of Chartered Surveyors Eddisons sourced the accommodation and negotiated favourable terms on behalf of Tekla, a Trimble Company, who is relocating from its existing offices in Morley to facilitate further expansion.
Eddisons is also advising on the relocation and progressing all fit-out works and furniture procurement, through its building and project consultancy department.
Steven Jones, associate director at Eddisons says: ’Due to our knowledge of the commercial marketplace our acquisition and tenant representation services are developing rapidly as demand for good quality stock in the Yorkshire region continues to out strip supply.
‘By also offering building and project consultancy we have all the necessary expertise under one roof to provide clients with a fully integrated solution.’
DTZ acted on behalf of the landlord, Clugston.
