Voice wins major new contract to start 2015
Award winning Sheffield multichannel communications agency Voice has been awarded a major new contract.
The latest addition to Voice’s expanding list of blue chip clients will see the company working with one of the largest telecommunications and media businesses in the UK.
Voice CEO James Hinchliffe said: “We already work on behalf of some of the biggest and most important brands in the UK and this latest addition to our client portfolio reinforces our position as one of the country’s leading service providers.”
“It justifies our faith in our expert teams at both sites in Woodseats and Broomhill and gives us an even stronger foundation as we look forward to increased turnover and further expansion throughout 2015.
“It also demonstrates that companies across the country are beginning to see very clearly that by using a data-driven multi-channel approach together with our powerful analytical capabilities, we deliver results, generating millions of pounds through sales for our clients every year.”
A recent national poll by website and information portal call-centres.com saw James Hinchliffe named the most respected and influential name in the call centre industry.
