Blakes Restaurant lanches new table d’hôte menu
Blakes Restaurant located within the award-winning Hard Days Night Hotel has launched its new All You Need is Blakes menu.
The January table d’hôte menu features a diverse range of dishes to suit a variety of palates, which have been crafted with the cooler months in mind.
To perfectly accompany the two-course meal, guests will also be treated to a complimentary glass of red or white wine with the dishes of their choice.
General Manager Mike Dewey said: “To bring in the New Year we wanted to truly spoil our guests by offering an affordably lavish dining experience. Therefore, we have introduced a varied array of fine hearty dishes that include a selection of delicious meat, fish and vegetarian options.
“Those enjoying two courses from the All You Need is Blakes menu will also receive a complimentary glass of house wine, which has been carefully selected to bring out the full flavours of the given dishes.“
To begin their meal, diners can choose from an assortment of starters including Chicken Liver Parfait with Cumberland Sauce, Smoked Haddock Carbonara and Mille Feuille.
Main courses consist of dishes such as Traditional lamb Scouse with Braised Red Cabbage, Beer Battered Fish with Real Chips and Mushy Peas and Vegetable Moussaka with Grilled Halloumi.
Blakes Restaurant is open to residents and non-residents alike. The Beatles inspired venue combines both fine food with a chic and stylish vibe, creating the perfect setting for an intimate meal for two or parties of up to 22 guests.
Mike added: “As the weather remains cool and crisp we aim to be the number one spot for those wanting a warming winter meal that combines classic tastes with a contemporary twist.
“Not only is our new menu bursting with flavour, it is also unbeatable value for money and will therefore appeal to our hotel guests, corporates, as well as members of the general public.“
The ‘All You Need is Blakes’ menu is available Tuesday to Friday 12pm-2.30pm/6pm-7pm and Saturday 12pm-6pm and is priced at £9.95 for two courses.
