New meeting spaces and menus at Malmaison Glasgow

Malmaison Glasgow is introducing new catering options for delegates following a £1.5 million refurbishment of its event spaces and a new partnership with Scottish Michelin star chef Martin Wishart and his The Honours restaurant brand.

The four-star hotel in the city’s West George Street which is housed within a former Greek Orthodox Church is introducing a choice of three finger buffet menus especially created by the The Honours chefs which include crispy fried monkfish cheeks, hog mac & cheese and a white mushroom shooter for £15.95 per person.

The hotel has new stylish private dining rooms and meeting spaces with flexible soundproof room dividers which mean the rooms can be set for up to 56 delegates with a variety of table, seating and floor plans. The versatile spaces which are spacious and air-conditioned have fast Wi-Fi as well as the latest presentation technology equipment.

Malmaison Glasgow will continue to offer the group’s “Business Bespoke” meeting packages which include a team of meetings and event specialists who can organise handpicked extras such as whisky tasting and ghost stories over dinner.

In announcing the new meeting and events facilities Malmaison CEO, Gary Davis said:
