Doncaster company mows over competition
A local tool and machinery specialist is celebrating the New Year in style - firmly positioning itself as number one for professional landscapers, tree surgeons and gardeners.
PTE based on Kelham Street Industrial Estate near Doncaster town centre has been made an official dealer of Hayter and Toro lawnmowers, the best manufacturer in the UK for professional use.
Following the recent purchase of the British manufactured brand Hayter, Toro which has just celebrated its 100th anniversary and was the first to make lawnmowers safe by enclosing the blade will be on stock from 19th January to ensure professionals can have the best tools for the start of the season in March.
All 75 products and machines will be available on the PTE website including the popular ride on range: www.pte-doncaster.co.uk.
Mark Sowerby, managing director of PTE said: “We have long been recognised as a one stop shop for the construction, landscape and forestry industries and with the addition of these two big names alongside the likes of Stihl, Viking, Husqvarna, Stein, Marlow, Bulldog, Bahco and Silky customers need not go anywhere else.
“It’s the best way to start the New Year and we look forward to selling these big brand names to our loyal customers who can now access everything under one roof or online at very competitive prices.
“With Hayter and Toro coming on board it now means the PTE portfolio has grown but one thing that will stay the same and that we take pride in is our customer service and the personal touch.”
