Manchester-based Capital for Colleagues advises PR and marketing consultancy
Manchester-based Capital for Colleagues, the investment vehicle focused on opportunities in the employee owned business (‘EOB’) sector, has advised St Brides Partners Limited (‘St Brides’) on its transition to becoming an employee owned business.
St Brides is a financial public relations company based in London, which has established a reputation as a consultancy focussed on advising growth companies.
Peter Matthews, the Managing Director of Capital for Colleagues Ownership Partners Limited, led the advisory process with St Brides.
Chief executive of Capital for Colleagues, John Eckersley, said, “Following the creation of our specialist employee ownership advisory company in September 2014, which further strengthened our established service offering to the EOB sector, I am delighted to announce that the Company has successfully advised St Brides on its move into the world of employee ownership.
“Employee ownership is recognised to improve productivity and create wealth whilst providing a stable employment environment and generating a fair commercial return for investors, and I am delighted that with our help, more and more companies are realising the opportunities available through employee ownership.
“Having invested in over 20 EOBs to date, our advisory service greatly complements our investment strategy and we look forward to helping more companies realise the benefits of employee ownership for the benefit of all stakeholders.”
