Bruntwood redevelop Manchester’s York House
Bruntwood has begun its redevelopment of Manchester’s York House and appointed joint letting agents, GVA and Colliers International, to bring the newly modernised office space to market.
Due to be completed at the end of January 2015, the city centre office building is undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment of its entrance, reception, communal areas and office suites to provide high quality and high specification accommodation.
Associate at GVA, David Thwaites, said: “The redevelopment of York House will deliver some much-needed high quality office space to the prime core of Manchester.
“With a diverse range of suites available the building is ideally placed to satisfy demand from an increasingly active sub 5,000 sq ft market during 2015.”
Head of City Centre Sales at Bruntwood, Brad Topps, said: “As we approach the end of the extensive redevelopment of York House, we are becoming increasingly excited to be able to offer such a high standard of offices in this sought after area.
“We have already secured two new full floor occupiers with Arm Holdings Ltd and Tokio Marine Ltd and expect to have the building fully let soon after the completion of the works.”
