Sunrise Associates team up with Apprentice winner

As an industry leader in supplying premium serviced, unique, full life-cycle telecommunication solutions, Sunrise Associates Ltd are looking to recruit a number of enthusiastic and intelligent individuals to become part of their on-going expansion plans.

With an office in both Milton Keynes and Birmingham, Sunrise are an exciting and expanding business with multiple routes of progression for successful candidates.

Over the following 10 weeks, ‘Raw Talent Academy’ will be leading a campaign to discover and ultimately employ a Milton Keynes based sales team who fit into the driven culture at Sunrise.

Sunrise Associates form part of a trio of businesses alongside Sunrise ICT and Sunrise Unified Solutions which fall under the Group CBE Futures. All businesses within the group share a united goal, ‘To Drive Service and Excellence into Businesses within the Converged Telecommunications Arena’. This strive for excellence has resulted in Sunrise being awarded ‘B2B dealer of the Year 2012’ by the Mobile News and ‘Best B2B Dealer’ by Car Phone Warehouse.

Raw Talent Academy will work alongside Sunrise during this recruitment period to bring the very best candidates together for a final audition day. The audition day will be led by RTA representatives, senior sunrise staff and other industry related peers.

Raw Talent Academy’s recruitment process is unique in that candidates will find out on the day whether they have secured a position, there are no second interviews and no second chances!

The Audition Day will take place during February 2015 and be held at the MK Dons football stadium. The day will see the top 30 candidates undertake a series of real life business tasks while being assessed by both Sunrise and Raw Talent Academy assessors. The unique audition day event has been designed by Apprentice winner and Raw Talent Academy’s founder Lee McQueen to provide candidates with a platform to demonstrate their ability based on what they can do and not necessarily what is on their CV.
