Creative Business Leaders launches online community for creatives

Creative Business Leaders launches today, founded by Gordon Christiansen and Susanna Simpson, to provide an online community for leaders and aspiring leaders in the creative industries. Interviews of inspiring individuals who share their career stories, success and failures and plans for the future are hosted on creativebusinessleaders.com.

The website goes live today with a host of interviews from the likes of Sarah Wood, Co-Founder and COO of Unruly Media and David Mansfield, Former CEO of Capital Radio plus many more. Each interview is designed to share experiences on key business topics to help with stimulating conversations, triggering ideas and aiding personal development with other leaders in their chosen field.

Susanna Simpson, the founder of successful PR & communications agency Limelight, has created the company alongside Gordon Christiansen, former Managing Director of London Graphic Centre, as they both recognised a gap in the market for a community that shares the business experiences of other leaders from the creative industries. Already packed full of insight from key business people, they will continue to conduct interviews and fill the site with even more knowledge.

Susanna Simpson, co-founder, comments: “I’m driven by a desire to give ambitious people the recognition they deserve, so this new venture fits that perfectly. We know that being a leader can sometimes be a lonely place and we believe Creative Business Leaders will provide some support, and insight into how other leaders in the creative industries make their business a continued success. Ultimately we hope that Creative Business Leaders will give audiences some inspiration to make their business even more successful.”

Gordon Christiansen, co-founder, adds: “My 10 years running London Graphic Centre gave me an up-close and personal insight into the creative industries. Creative Business Leaders is a way of me ‘giving something back’ to this wonderful sector. Hopefully we can inspire the next generation of leaders and play a small part in making them successful.”
