Trip to China for Undergraduate of the Year
Five day visit to China and time with finance chiefs on offer to Undergraduate of the Year Future CFO category
ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is offering a unique opportunity to the winner and the runner up of the Target Jobs Undergraduate of the Year, Future CFO category. The top two undergraduates will win a five day trip to Shanghai – one of the world’s fastest growing economies and access to finance chiefs. The winner will also win a paid internship over summer 2015 to gain valuable work experience.
To be eligible to enter you must be in the penultimate year of your undergraduate degree at a UK university and be studying a degree related to business, accountancy and finance, maths or economics. In addition you must have a minimum of 300 UCAS points, be expecting at least a 2.1 and have the right to work in the UK after graduation.
Mark Cornell, ACCA director, Western Europe and the Americas said: “This is an incredible opportunity to visit a country that experts predict will have the world’s biggest economy within the next decade and get a unique insight from finance leaders working in the Asian market.
“One of the hardest things graduates find when trying to enter the job market is their lack of work experience, but the winner of this competition won’t face that problem as they will also have a paid internship on their CV to go with the experience of spending time with finance leaders.”
The closing date for entries is 4 February. For details of how to enter visit: http://undergraduateoftheyear.com/cfo
