Revolutionary lawn care franchises up for grabs

LAWNCARE specialist Lawnrite is on the hunt for people seeking a new challenge to take over its franchises available throughout the UK.

Since the business’s successful launch last year, a number of franchises have been snapped up, including Chester, Conway in North Wales and the Wirral, and it is anticipating others will soon be taken on as it looks to build on its unique business model within the industry.

Lawnrite was started in 2014 by Jeff Williams, who has over 20 years in the industry having had previous success at franchising the UK’s biggest lawn care business with over 200 branches nationwide servicing almost 400,000 customers. Williams has re-entered the market after a 12 month break with a new improved business model he believes can revolutionise lawn care.

Williams said: “We’ve had lots of interest in the franchises from our popular Discovery Days held in Chester, and are in serious discussions with a number of people looking to start their own lawn care businesses.

“What we can offer is a 21st century approach to lawn care with the lowest initial investment in the industry. Lawnrite is a young, energetic company with 30 years’ worth of experience franchisees can take advantage of and we’ll devote as much time as they need to make each one a success.”

Franchisees joining Lawnrite’s network can benefit from several new developments in the sector including a new state-of-the-art software programme, guaranteed year-round cash flow from customers and access to better prices on equipment. In addition, marketing assistance will be given as standard, and full training and support comes with the package.

Williams added: “There are over 200 territories available all over the country waiting for the right people, giving them the opportunity to make their mark running a profitable and satisfying business. The advantage of joining us now is that franchisees can choose the area where they’d like to operate and work close to home.

“Lawn care isn’t a new concept. There are thousands of homeowners who are using - or have used - a lawn care company to look after their gardens so there is a ready-made customer base waiting to be tapped into.”

The company will be exhibiting at The Franchise Show at ExCel in London on the 20th and 21st February on stand 532 where Williams and his team will be happy to explain exactly how the business works to any potential franchisees.
