Janet Snedden Joins Amaze One as Strategy Director

Direct marketing industry expert Janet Snedden has joined customer engagement agency Amaze One as strategy director.

Reporting to Amaze One Managing Director Neil Evans, Snedden will lead business and marketing strategy for new and existing clients, ensuring Amaze One achieves results which are out of the ordinary. She will also drive the design of effective engagement solutions for clients to help them fully exploit the customer intelligence at their disposal.

Snedden brings respected skills and expertise in multi-channel customer engagement and database marketing innovation. She has several decades’ experience in data-driven marketing. Her most recent role was CEO & Data Strategist at MetaMetrics, the integrated marketing analytics agency she co-founded. Prior to that, she held senior roles at Wunderman, Tangible Data and Havas EHS and previously ran her own CRM consultancy, pioneering pan-European strategy for clients that included Unilever and Diageo. Evangelical about customer insight and an empirical approach to measuring and developing learning, Snedden’s unique blend of experience has been valued by clients across many sectors, including financial services, retail, automotive, publishing and not for profit organisations.

She won the Database Marketing Outstanding Contribution Award 2014 for a career dedicated to championing data strategy in marketing and driving best practice in the charity sector. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Direct marketing and has chaired the Institute of Fundraising’s Special Interest Group for Insight.

Part of marketing and print solutions business St Ives Group, Amaze One is a collaboration between Amaze and Occam DM, set up to break down the inherent silos of traditional CRM processes, providing insight-driven creative communications by blending data and digital disciplines to engage customers and deliver long-term, profitable relationships for clients. The agency uses a seamless mix of data and digital marketing expertise to deliver CRM campaigns.
