David to spearhead Mulberry house sales
A man who has worked for some of the UK’s largest house builders has been appointed to a key role at Mulberry Homes Yorkshire.
David Meacham is the company’s new Sales and Marketing Manager.
The 38-year-old father-of-three has been tasked with overseeing the sales of Mulberry’s first developments in Thirsk and Leeming Bar, with further schemes in Richmond and Boroughbridge starting soon.
David joins the company from Bellway North East and has previously also worked in sales roles for Barratt, Taylor Wimpey and David Wilson Homes.
He said: “I am delighted to have joined Mulberry Homes Yorkshire at such an exciting time for the company.
“It is by far the most customer oriented organisation I have worked for and the specification of the homes is the best I have seen.
“With the property market showing signs of improvement and as word gets round about the quality of the homes Mulberry is building, I believe the company will go from strength to strength and I look forward to contributing to its success.”
Mulberry Homes Yorkshire Director Paul Lightfoot said: “We are pleased to have been able to attract someone of David’s calibre. He is a great addition to the team and will play an important part in establishing Mulberry as a leading provider of luxury homes in North Yorkshire.”
