As part of its energetic growth strategy, market-leading recruitment consultancy Uniting Ambition has appointed three senior hires to its expanding team.
Newly joining Uniting Ambition are Simon Whittle, Head of Technology and Ecommerce Recruitment, Matthew Burling, Head of Marketing Recruitment and Trevor Molloy, Contract Delivery Manager.
As the business grows its digital recruitment function, seasoned senior recruitment professional Simon Whittle is now heading up Uniting Ambition’s Technology and Ecommerce division in its Manchester offices. “I’m excited to join such an established company with a great reputation in the market,” says Simon, “and I hope to be a driving force behind Uniting Ambition’s focus to grow its Manchester operations. Supported by my appointment, the business now plans to build a successful IT permanent team in Manchester by identifying new clients whilst still leveraging existing relationships from other areas of the business.”
After working in high-ranking recruitment positions for several years, Matthew Burling is now placed within the company’s Birmingham premises as Head of Marketing Recruitment. His broad industry knowledge will be instrumental in powering the progression of the Marketing Recruitment division. Matthew comments: “Uniting Ambition is making itself known as a centre of excellence for professional service recruitment. The support of the company’s extensive shared service team provides a strong foundation for fuelling growth, and working alongside the likes of industry experts such as Adam Shaw, Adam Wagster and Nikki Brain make this a fantastic business in which to work.”
It is not only Uniting Ambition’s Manchester and Birmingham offices that are receiving senior boosts, as Trevor Molloy has joined the Keele HQ in a newly created role as Contract and Delivery Manager. Trevor comments: “This is a fantastic opportunity to offer instrumental delivery support to a business growing at an accelerated rate. Due to Uniting Ambition’s rapidly evolving needs, I look forward to the challenge of mixing strategic collaboration with challenging project work and people management.”
Supported by these senior appointments as well as a recent expansion into Leeds and significant investment from JD Sports Chairman Peter Cowgill, Uniting Ambition is looking forward to a year of accelerated growth. The company’s Founder and CEO Adam Shaw adds: “I am pleased to welcome these talented individuals to our team and look forward to the value that they will add to the company. By hiring the most exceptional professionals in the market, Uniting Ambition is fast becoming the business of choice for customers, candidates and consultants alike. We are anticipating a year of unchartered growth in 2015, and with the UK’s top talent amongst our ranks the service we offer will continue to be nothing short of exceptional.”
