Get on the Course for a Good Cause
Entries are now open for Douglas Macmillan Hospice’s Annual Golf Day, which takes place on Friday 22nd May at Trentham Golf Club.
The Golf Day was a smash hit with supporters in 2014, raising in excess of £24,000 which goes directly towards patient care for local people being cared for by the Hospice.
It really is a day to remember with all teams of four getting a breakfast bap before they hit the course, as well as a two course meal and a presentation when their round is finished.
Suzi Smith, Fundraising Manager commented,
“The Dougie Mac Golf Day is a great day for groups of supporters as well as individuals from businesses across North Staffordshire to come and support the Hospice.
“As well as entering, there’s the opportunity to sponsor a hole on the day for £100 each.
“All monies raised will help the Hospice continue to care for adults of North Staffordshire facing life limiting illnesses.”
Entry for the Dougie Mac Golf Day is £350 for a team of four; supporters can enter online at www.dougiemacevents.co.uk before deadline of Friday 8th May.
The event is proudly sponsored by Altecnic.
