Hit the ground running
Belfast-based comedian Sean Hegarty will be going further than his famous one liners, with the launch of his new podcast ‘Hit the Ground Running’, sponsored by local independent coffee chain Ground Espresso Bars’.
The weekly podcast will feature both local and international celebrities who will share their career history and give valuable advice to those wishing to pursue a career in their field or indeed just find out a bit more about the working world.
Talking about the new podcast Sean Hegarty says, “Northern Ireland has an array of talent both known and undiscovered, we want the podcast to be a good mix of famous faces and the ones to watch in coming years. From local actors and musicians to sports stars and even high profile business people, each has a colourful career path, which others can learn from”.
“One of our core values is to support local, whether that is local produce, the local economy or local talent, Ground Espresso Bars is delighted to back Sean with his new venture. We currently employ in excess of 160 staff across 13 stores in Ireland and encourage career development in every employee. We just love Sean’s podcast and think it really gives inspiration for people in Northern Ireland to push themselves to be the best” Darren Gardiner, Director, Ground Espresso Bars.
