Burger King rolls out home delivery service in East London
Fast food chain Burger King has selected East London as the first place in the South East to roll out its home delivery service.
Eight restaurants nationwide, including three in the capital, are taking part in the pilot scheme
According to The Evening Standard, Romford, Hornchurch and Gants Hill in outer east London join Northampton, Hull and other selected regions for the new initiative, which comes at no extra cost for diners.
Matthew Bresnahan, marketing director for Northern Europe, Russia and Africa said: “Burger King is firmly committed to delivering great-tasting food at affordable prices to all of our customers.
“We are extremely excited about this home delivery service trial so customers can continue to enjoy the perfect combination of taste, at great value prices, now delivered straight to their homes.”
The service, which if successful will be rolled out nationwide later this year, allows customers to place orders over the phone or via the Burger King website everyday between the hours of 12-3pm and 6-10pm.
