GLF Richards & Co. has announced that they have merged with Haines Watts Chartered Accountants on Victoria Street.
The team from GLF Richards & Co, who were based in Sandhills, have joined the Haines Watts team to provide on-going advisory services to new and existing clients.
Director at Haines Watts Liverpool Russell Silverman said: “As a firm, we are always looking at ways in which to expand and develop the business and this merger with GLF Richards & Co. has strengthened our position in the market. “For more than 15 years, Donna Parry-Richards and her team have built a strong reputation for providing comprehensive accountancy and taxation services, with a strong emphasis on the legal sector, and we believe that this will complement our own legal sector offering.“

Russell added: “It really is such an exciting time for everyone that is involved. The merger is a perfect fit for both businesses, as we both have similar clientele and core brand values which are totally client focused. All of our clients receive a level of service which we believe is second to none.“ The news starts an exciting year at Haines Watts Liverpool who hope to reveal further expansion plans in the coming months. Russell added: “2015 has started on the perfect footing for us as not only have we completed this merger, we are also investing in our existing members of staff and looking for even more ways to create new opportunities for our clients.“
