Roma Finance joins the ASTL
Roma Finance, the Manchester-based bridging and development finance lender, has joined the ASTL as Roma continues to strengthen its service proposition to brokers.
Roma Finance provides short term loans for a wide range of property uses including residential & commercial investment, development, conversion and change of use. They are committed to high standards of responsible yet pro-active lending, while at the same time providing excellent service to brokers and their clients. The lender recently launched its own service charter for introducers.
Benson Hersch, Chief Executive of the ASTL said: “We very much welcome Roma Finance as a new member of the ASTL. The ASTL represents most of the key lenders in the market covering the whole of the UK. Roma Finance is a growing lender and we look forward to their participation in the ASTL.”
Scott Marshall, Lending Director at Roma Finance, commented: “Joining the ASTL was a logical step for us as we have recently launched our own charter and the working practices and ethics that members of the ASTL follow ties in perfectly with our business model and future growth plans. We intend to play a positive and active role in the ASTL and support their objectives for the bridging finance sector.”
