4x4 specialist gains UK Land Rover approval
North Eastern 4x4 has been approved to participate in UK Land Rover’s new online service records system.
The Stockton-based 4x4 specialist, which is ATA accredited (Automotive Technician Accreditation), has completed a major investment in the Land Rover UK online service book to enable the secure and accurate recording of all work completed on vehicles. It had to undergo comprehensive vetting to ensure it adhered to Land Rover’s very exacting standards.
The online records system also has the added benefits of identifying when a service is due, provides proof of past services and allows access to a Land Rover’s complete service history, conveniently and securely.
The fully trained technicians at North Eastern 4x4 are now able to log in to the Land Rover UK online service records system for any vehicle to view its full service history and to keep its service records up-to-date.
Previously, the only filing system for a Land Rover service history was using paper books.
Warren Portues, co-owner of North Eastern 4x4, said: “The team at North Eastern 4x4 is really proud that we satisfy the accepted quality threshold of Land Rover UK and that our customers can be assured that their vehicle’s service history it up to date when taking advantage of our very cost-effective repairs and service.
“It’s great that the move to online service records is enabling us to fulfil such a quality service and this investment means that a service completed by us will not invalidate a vehicle’s three years’ manufacturer’s warranty as all records are kept fully up-to-date.”
Based on Ross Road, Portrack Lane, North Eastern 4x4, specialises in servicing, parts and diagnostics for all Land Rover models.
