Bell Integration Reports 53% Revenue Growth in 2014

Technology Services Provider Bell Integration today announced revenue growth of 53% year-on-year during 2014. Previously Bell Microsystems, the firm has re-branded and is aiming for further growth in 2015, as it brings its proven strategic expertise to bear on helping 21st century businesses realise the potential of modern IT. As well as increasing its revenues from £47m to £72m, Bell added 98 staff and 15 customers over 2014, bringing it to a total size of 198 people supporting over 50 key customers.

“2014 was a great year for us: not just in our financial success, but in the significant steps we made in building our service capabilities and expertise,” said Nick Petheram, CEO of Bell Integration. “IT strategy is a process of constant change and innovation; at Bell, our aim has always been to give organisations the advice and support they need to guarantee that they have the most suitable, modern IT possible for their business needs.”

Over 40 Bell staff joined from GlassHouse Technologies, after the storage integrator entered administration in 2014. 10 Glasshouse customers also transitioned to Bell, whether as part of a Novation process, or simply in order to benefit from Bell’s proven consultancy expertise. Bell also expanded its executive team in 2014, including the addition of Alex Kennedy as HR Director and Andy Soanes as CTO, bringing additional expertise into the organisation to support its customers and staff.

In 2015, Bell Integration will continue to support organisations with their move to modern IT services. From assessing and advising on IT strategy; to architecting and implementing transformative projects, such as software-defined IT and data centre optimisation; to consulting on concerns, such as compliance, green IT and risk management, Bell will ensure its customers can always make the best IT decisions. Bell’s ability to provide managed services or onsite resources as needed and manage the entire lifecycle of IT services and infrastructure from purchase to disposal, means businesses can get the very best value from their IT investment.

“Bell’s strategy is simple – using our proven approach and methodology, we give pragmatic, real-world advice that allows businesses to develop the workspace that suits their needs,” continued Nick Petheram. “Throughout 2015 we will add to the hundreds of successful projects we have already delivered for our customers, providing flexible and innovative services that will support clearly defined business outcomes and allow organisations to make the best possible use of technology.”
