Building British Business
As an independent British business, Caxton FX are true advocators for supporting and inspiring the founders and directors of other home grown, like minded companies. We believe that British businesses should be able to offer each other a support network; sharing their own knowledge and experience to help and learn from each other. The Building British Business (BBB) event program aims to provide a forum for inspirational entrepreneurs to share their stories and professionals to network.
Our first event for the year will be Friday March 6th. The theme of the program will be the financial revolution, which is currently taking place before our very eyes. We are lucky enough to have secured some amazing, innovative speakers who will discuss how businesses can take advantage of concepts such as equity crowd funding, peer-to-peer lending and utilising our customer base as a source of funding.
Some of the high profile speakers at the event include Merryn Somerset Webb, Editor-in-chief of Moneyweek, Brett Akker, Chairman of Lovespace and Founder of Streetcar, and James Meekings, co-founder & Chief Commercial Officer of Funding Circle. We are looking forward to holding more BBB programs in 2015 so if you are a director, founder or CEO of a privately owned business, make sure you do not miss out!
