Homes snapped up as building work starts

Building work may have only just begun at a new Cheshire housing development but it is proving a hit with several homes already snapped up.

Persimmon Homes North West is building a variety of two, three and four-bedroom homes in Golborne which are appealing to a wide range of buyers including first-time, growing families, professional couples and downsizers.

David added: “Schemes such as Help to Buy mean it has never been easier to move. Buyers just need a 5% deposit while the Government provides a 20% equity loan, which is interest and repayment free for the first five years, meaning people just need a 75% mortgage.
