Lancashire’s Green Triangle Buses Ltd acquired for £900k
Lancashire’s Green Triangle Buses Ltd (GTB) has been acquired for £900k by a Birmingham based transport company, Rotala.
In the year ended 31st August 2014, GTB had revenues of approximately £3.9 million and a profit before tax and exceptional items of £107k.
GTB has 43 vehicles and employs 100 staff, the acquisition will see GTB renamed as Diamond Bus (North West) Limited.
