Part exchange scheme proves a draw for buyers

A regional builder is urging people to hurry if they want to live in a new development in Shropshire as they have been selling fast in 2015.

Charles Church West Midlands is building a variety of homes at Woodland View, in Telford, which are appealing to a wide range of buyers.

The current phase has four and five-bedroom homes, starting at £179,950.

Sales director Stephen Cleveley said: “The houses at Woodland View are spacious properties offering a lot of home for the money. We are building nearly 130 properties, and you can already see that a lovely community spirit is developing there.

“We would urge people to hurry as, measuring by the amount of interest, we do not think the last remaining homes will be around for long.”

Stephen added: “Part exchange has proved particularly popular at this development and is a great way of buying your dream home. If you qualify for part exchange, then it is a straightforward process designed to ensure a stress-free move.

“We will arrange at least two valuations, agree a market price and buy your existing property. There are no hidden marketing costs and no chains to break, which leaves you free to move whenever you want to.”

Schemes such as Help to Buy and Home Change are also available if you have sold your own property or if you’re a first time buyer.
