St Aidan Hotel in Northumberland sold for £550k
The St Aidan Hotel at Seahouses in Northumberland has been sold for £550k, through specialist property agent Colliers International.
Situated on the front, only a short walk from the harbour, the hotel has eight en suite letting bedrooms, attractive lounge and dining areas, car parking and glorious sea views straight out to the Farne Islands and up the coast to Bamburgh Castle.
Colliers International was asking £550k for the freehold property and business.Colliers Hotels Director, Peter Bean led the marketing process on behalf of the sellers, John and Sue Gibson.
The new owners are Robert Tait and Tegan Jade Smith. Under the new ownership, the St Aiden Hotel will be undergoing a brief bedroom refurbishment and will soon be offering daytime meals and introducing a bistro, all of which will be open to the public.
