Double Whammy for Bristol Entrepreneur

A BRISTOL entrepreneur is celebrating double success after reaching a significant business milestone and being honoured in the South West Asian Awards.

Adil Ayub, who has been in the property business for ten years, was honoured in the MTM South Asian Awards.

The awards, sponsored by Mast Magazine and Radio Mast, the first 24/7 Asian Radio channel in the South West, celebrate the excellence of Asians and ethnic minorities.

Adil’s Bedminster-based company Lets Rent scooped one of 32 award categories for “One Stop Services”, in recognition of the comprehensive service provided his firm to landlords and tenants.

The 30-year-old says being recognised in the awards is a great achievement and comes as a double whammy for Let’s Rent after celebrating a five-year milestone.

Adil said: “The MTM business awards started in 2012 and aim to recognise business excellence, bridge cultures and highlight businesses that have strived to serve their local communities – a business philosophy that Lets Rent would certainly agree with.

“I feel honoured to have been recognised for our business efforts within Bristol and can honestly say valuable advice given to me over the years has helped me succeed and achieve five years in business.”

The award was presented at the Bristol Marriott Hotel and the event was attended by the Mayor of Swindon, the Deputy Mayor of Bristol and The Honorary Consul of Romania.
