Carlisle airport redevelopment to be finished by September
Carlisle’s airport redevelopment is expected to be finished by September 2015 according to an announcement by Stobart Group.
The announcement was made in an end-of-year trading update which said that all areas of the Stobart Group were performing well.
The airport has two paved runways and is operated with a Civil Aviation Authority Public Use Licence.
Carlisle airport were unable to comment on the news however within the announcement made on the stock market Andrew Tinkler, chief executive officer of Stobart Group said: “The Infrastructure and Rail divisions are both performing well with opportunities to develop.”
