iam-sold Raises the Bar with Training Success
Newcastle based iam-sold are raising standards by offering valuers from their partner agents free training that is proving invaluable to them.
There are 21 Valuer Training Days already booked for 2015 which will see around 500 valuers receiving up-to-the-minute training on how the auction process works, the legal aspect of it all, and how to sell the benefits of the auction.
Auction has become a vital component for agents who are proactive in their approach to selling the properties of their clients. Tom Bailey, auction director for iam-sold, said: “The auction route is a very important tool in the estate agency offering that enables them to maximise the potential of each and every property. We are helping our partner agents achieve fantastic results – we do this by not only supporting them right through the process but also by ensuring that key staff are trained and comfortable with all elements of the auction.”
This approach has seen dramatic results which has driven the increase in training days this year. One of the first agents who attended the training achieved an increase in valuations in excess of 200% pre and post training – one individual leapt from 0 leads before the training to 14 the following month.
The comments from attendees have been equally as positive:
“The sessions are fun, the points and tips you get are absolutely fantastic.”
“It’s great to be asked how am I getting so many valuations – I answer it’s because of the training day.”
iam-sold has always offered its partners great support with auction services and is always looking to improve this through intelligent use of technology and additional training where suitable. Tom Bailey added: “We look to make the auction process as easy as possible for both our partner agents and the buying and selling public.”
With 70 auctions booked for 2015, and this number likely to increase, it’s a great time to get involved with The Sunday Times Best Supplier. If you would like further information on how iam-sold can help your agency please contact Tom Bailey on 0845 5193 126 or email Tom@iam-sold.co.uk
