NewVoiceMedia ranked top three cloud services provider in the UK
NewVoiceMedia, a leading global provider of omni-channel cloud customer contact technology, has ranked as a top three UK cloud services provider, according to Penton Media’s Talkin’ Cloud report.
Headquartered in the UK with offices worldwide, NewVoiceMedia is outpacing the rapidly expanding cloud contact centre market fivefold and has doubled its number of staff over the last year to meet increased demand for its technology. The vendor’s multi-tenant cloud solutions are instantly deployable and provide unique and patented routing capabilities, revolutionising the way organisations of all sizes connect with their customers worldwide, enabling them to deliver a personalised customer service experience and drive a more effective sales and marketing team.
The company, which now serves more than 400 customers in 116 countries on six continents, is extremely agile in its development, creating updates every week. With no need for downloads/plug-ins or expensive integration with on-premise equipment, ContactWorld is secure, flexible and cost-effective, meeting the changing needs of its customers.
In addition to honouring NewVoiceMedia in third place, this year’s Talkin’ Cloud report profiles cloud service providers, cloud services brokerages, cloud services aggregators, managed service providers and value-added resellers.
“This report recognises the companies that have been most successful in the business of cloud computing, and we are delighted to be ranked among the top three cloud service providers based in the UK”, said Jonathan Gale, CEO of NewVoiceMedia. “We pride ourselves on the hard work and innovation it has taken to create our market-leading cloud contact centre solutions which are built entirely in-house and delivered as a true cloud service over the Internet. Cloud computing and agile development methods are at the core of our business ethos and this recognition reflects our relentless dedication to making our cloud capabilities best-in-class”.
The Talkin’ Cloud 100 report is based on data from Talkin’ Cloud’s online survey, conducted from January to May 2014. The report recognises top cloud service providers based on metrics such as annual cloud services revenue growth.
