Advanced achieves hat-trick of ISO accreditations

Advanced Health & Care (Advanced), a leading provider of IT management systems for the health and care sectors, has been awarded a hat-trick of International Standards Organisation (ISO) accreditations. The accreditations recognise Advanced’s exceptional standards of quality, security and service management.

ISO is the world’s largest developer of voluntary international standards which acknowledge industry best practice. Advanced has successfully achieved the ISO 20000, 9001 and 27001 certifications following a comprehensive auditing process.

In January 2015, Advanced was awarded the ISO 20000 IT service management system standard due to the company’s exceptional customer service across its various departments, including service desk support and project management.

The ISO 9001 quality management accreditation recognises Advanced’s proficiency in operating under an efficient management process. The Company was able to demonstrate that it encourages productive working practices at five UK offices through automating time-consuming administrative tasks and customer processes.

In addition, the ISO 27001 information security management accreditation demonstrates Advanced’s commitment to maintaining strict information security processes as well as highlighting the quality and robustness of its software solutions.
