Generation Y & Z - Regenerate

Regenerate by Cynergy A creative immersion day exploring effective engagement with Generation Y & Z to help you grow you business.

One of the most common questions we get asked by our clients is ‘How can we increase our engagement with our younger audiences?’ The answer we always give is, only by understanding what motivates them can we truly begin to engage their hearts and mind in what you’re doing.

This typically hard to reach audience presents a broad range of challenges for all of clients and so in a response to what we’ve been hearing from you, we’ve designed a one-day interactive workshop packed with lots of Gen-Y and Gen-Z insight!

The most forward thinking organisations are already ensuring they understand the dynamic of this age group as this generation brings a huge variation in values, practices and ideas all directly impacting on the way training providers should adapt their interaction with these learners. It is not obvious how to genuinely understand the different preferences and expectations of Generation Y and Generation Z, and what they are looking for from their employment and training programmes.

What will I take away from the day? • gain expert knowledge (drawn from research and our own experiences) of what people in their mid-teens and early 30s (or more colloquially know as Gen Y/Millennials and Gen Z / i-Generation) want/need and how they want it from you.

• gives you the opportunity to share the specific challenges you are facing with other like-minded professionals and allow you to share tips based on your own experiences.

• gain an understanding of how the all generations differ in terms of their preferences, attitudes and characteristics and why.

• challenge your existing methods of engagement, bust myths, pre-conceptions and stereotypes and overcome barriers leading to greater understanding of, and more effective engagement with Generation Y & Z. • tools to take away so you can share the learning with colleagues meaning it lasts longer than the day.

Who should attend? The short answer is, anyone who is responsible for engaging a younger audience. For example, • Comms & Marketing teams who are responsible for targeting this audience; • Learning & Development teams looking for more effective ways to engage individuals with learning which aligned to their preferred learning styles; • HR teams wanting to know the secrets to more increased staff engagement, performance and satisfaction; or • Curious individuals wanting to understand more about their peers and/or off-spring!
