City West Works seeks to grow talent pool
Construction firm City West Works is seeking to add to its pool of North West sub-contractors, as it continues to expand its operations.
The company, which specialises in repairs and maintenance, refurbishment, eco-technology and new build, is requesting expressions of interest from contractors with expertise in groundworks, brickworks, roofing, electrics, plumbing and heating, plastering, tilling, walls and flooring, joinery and painting and decorating.
The request for talented small and large sub-contractors comes as the firm looks to grow its portfolio of work into new areas, following its recent appointment to a nationwide £70 million General Build Framework.
Steve Parrington, Director of City West Works, said: “City West Works is experiencing growth as we continue to offer new services and secure new contracts. We are keen to identify and work alongside companies who match our ambitions and values as we increase our operations in commercial markets.”
