Lick Creative expands roles across senior team
Lick Creative, part of The Delta Group, the international visual communications specialist, has announced the expansion of three roles within the senior management team.
Group Creative Director, James Hale, will take a consultancy lead across the group and Jo Wilby, Creative Director, will now lead the creative strategy at the agency. The agency has also promoted Group Account Director, Mark Sibborn, to Client Services Director.
Under his expanded remit, Hale, who joined the company in 2006, will take a leading role across the group’s wide portfolio of clients. He will work closely with the group’s sales, marketing and client service divisions to develop the business and its offering. Wilby will now take the lead in managing and developing the creative and studio team. She will work alongside Hale to build the agency’s existing portfolio of clients across the film and entertainment, retail and technology sectors.
Sibborn, who joined the company last year (2014), has been appointed to lead the agency’s client service team to further develop the future business strategy and operational framework.
Commenting on the announcement, Andrea Burrows, Managing Director at Lick Creative said: “James, Jo and Mark all bring valuable energy, talent and enthusiasm to Lick and provide our clients with high quality services and results. They’re a credit to the agency and will undoubtedly flourish in their expanded roles.
It’s a tremendously exciting time for the agency – the growth we’re seeing has enabled us to create these more defined roles within the agency, which will ensure we continue to deliver the best service to our clients. We’ve enjoyed a strong start to 2015, both here at Lick and across the wider group, and look forward to the success the rest of the year has in store.“
The promotions follow a successful start to 2015 for Lick Creative. Last month (February), the agency announced the appointment of Bobbie Andrews as Group Director for innovation and technology EMEA and Oliver Phillips as Marketing and Innovation Executive.
