Tool equipment firm sets up shop in Hunslet industrial estate

A power tool equipment firm, One Stop Hire Limited, has purchased approximately 5,5000 sq ft of trade counter/industrial space at Unit 3 Matrix House in Hunslet, in an effort to build the company in the Yorkshire market.

After already being established for several years in the North West after acquiring SJS Hire Tools and PSL Hire in 2009, One Stop Hire Limited is the fastest growing in the fastest growing hirer of power tools, access systems and small plants in the North of England

The relocation to the region will signify that the company will set up shop within an established location with notable frontage on Hunslet Road.

DTZ, a global leader in commercial real estate services, secured a five year lease while acting on behalf of the landlord.

Scott Morrison, senior surveyor in the Yorkshire Industrial and Logistics team at DTZ, said: “Hunslet offers One Stop Hire a modern and secure industrial estate in a prime location within the region.

“The presentation and quality of the unit together with excellent access onto the national motorway network provided the perfect fit for One Stop Hire and we are delighted to land such a household name.”
