CBRE to manage Southport’s Wayfarers Shopping Arcade
The Asset Services team at CBRE in the North West have been instructed by Lord Street Properties Limited to manage the Grade II listed Wayfarers Shopping Arcade in Southport.
The Arcade boasts two retail trading levels and there are 27 units on ground level and a further 9 at first floor, which along with Beales Department Store, totals circa 75,000 sq ft of net trading space.
More than 30 shops feature in the Arcade, including Rohan and Multi York.
The remainder of traders are local speciality businesses covering a range of non-competing offers all combining to serve as individual points of interest.
CBRE will be undertaking a range of property and asset management services for the Arcade.
