Tealium Achieves Oracle Validated Integration with Oracle Commerce
Empowering online retailers to drive more personalised, profitable customer interactions
Tealium, a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced it has achieved Oracle Validated Integration of the Tealium iQ™ tag management system (TMS) with Oracle Commerce.
This integration can help maximise marketing agility for online retailers, enabling immediate deployment of new vendors, the standardisation of data across all tag-based marketing solutions, and a truly integrated view of their marketing technology stack. To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of the customers.
In addition to more centralised management of disparate applications and the unification of data, the integration of Tealium iQ with Oracle Commerce enables marketers to drive more personalised experiences across all digital touch points. Marketers can flexibly deploy any of the 750+ digital marketing vendor tags already supported by Tealium, including more advanced A/B testing or personalisation services. They can then take action when it’s most relevant, delivering a more targeted customer experience and driving more online revenue potential.
“In today’s online world, it’s imperative that businesses have the right technologies in place that allow them to innovate quickly and immediately respond to shifting demands and priorities,” said Mike Anderson, CTO of Tealium. “This integration can enable the agility and flexibility necessary for online retailers to deliver the relevant, real-time customer experiences that drive revenue.”
“Achieving Oracle Validated Integration gives our customers confidence that the integration between Tealium and Oracle Commerce is functionally sound and performs as tested,” said Kevin O’Brien, Senior Director, ISV and SaaS Strategy, Oracle. “For solutions deployed on-premise, in the cloud, or both, Oracle Validated Integration applies a rigorous technical review and test process that helps to reduce deployment risk and improves the user experience of the partner’s integrated offering.”
