Travis Perkins subsidiary let warehouse in Ashton-under-Lyne
CBRE’s Manchester Industrial Agency team has let a warehouse unit totaling 26,116 sq ft on a 10 year term to Travis Perkins subsidiary CCF Ltd at Margaret Street in Ashton-under-Lyne.
Travis Perkins is a supplier to the UK’s building and construction industry with a national network of more than 600 branches.
CCF specialise in interior building products such as insulation, drywall, ceilings, partitioning, flooring and fire protection.
The property comprises a self-contained warehouse unit with extensive yard and car parking.
Associate Director at CBRE’s Manchester office, Steve Capper, said; “We are delighted to secure Travis Perkins subsidiary CCF at Margaret Street.
“The unit offers high quality accommodation in an established and easily accessible industrial location.
“This latest deal demonstrates the continued rise in demand for high quality industrial accommodation within Greater Manchester.”
CBRE and Nolan Redshaw represented the landlord whilst Travis Perkins were represented by Colin Chivers of occupier specialist CP Property Consultants.
