Startup venture The Kitchens to launch in Spinningfields
New startup venture The Kitchens will launch in Spinningfields giving 6 entrepreneurs the chance to trial their startup restaurant concepts.
The venture in Manchester will mean that the 6 selected entrepreneurs will get space to try out their ideas with members of the public.
The owner developer Allied London sorted through hundreds of applicants before making the decision for the final 6, they will then monitor the 6 concepts on turnover and success of the brand to decide a final winner who will continue to get support from Allied London.
Chief executive of Allied London, Michael Ingall said to Big Hospitality: “The Kitchens is a truly collaborative environment; a new concept to the city featuring communal indoor and outdoor seating areas, world class interiors and most importantly finalists cooking out of their kitchens, serving straight from the pass to the diner.”
