Showhome launch to put the spotlight on new housing development

A new showhome is being launched at a housing development near Bury which is continuing to grow in popularity.

Persimmon Homes North West is building 125 homes in Radcliffe which are appealing to a wide cross-section of buyers with a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes.

The entire first phase of the Hardy’s Gate development has now sold, with a quarter of the site already built.

Sales director David Hodgson said: “Hardy’s Gate is proving extremely popular and the opening of the showhome will make it even easier for people to imagine themselves living here. It is a sought-after location in a thriving market town, so we would urge buyers to hurry if they want to be a part of this new community.”

Hardy’s Gate is set in Irwell Valley yet close to major road links being near to Bury and Manchester with easy access to the M66, M62 and M61 motorways.

David added: “There is a great mixture of house types at Hardy’s Gate which have been designed with modern living in mind. There is something to suit everyone’s needs whether you’re buying your first home or needing more space for your growing family.”

Prices currently start at £124,995 for a two-bedroom end terrace rising to £174,995 for a three-bedroom detached which has an 18ft kitchen/dining room and a master bedroom with en-suite.

David added: “It is a great time to move and with schemes like Help to Buy, first-time buyers are able to make that leap onto the property ladder. Under the scheme, buyers need just a 5% deposit and a mortgage of up to 75% of the value of the property. The remainder is provided by a Government equity loan which is interest free for the first five years.”

Schemes such as Home Change, which can be used in conjunction with Help to Buy, and Part Exchange are also available.

“Our sales advisors are on hand to give people information about these schemes and guide them through the process,” added David.
